A fearful accident has occurred on the Tamale Teaching Hospital (TTH) road on Monday evening.
The Toyota corolla with registration number N/R 526-14 turned upside down in the middle of the road creating traffic jam.
There has not been any major injury. An eyewitness told Zaa News that the driver who was the only occupant of the car escaped with minor injury and refused walking to the TTH which was just a stone’s throw from the accident scene for medical check-up.
Eyewitnesses blamed the driver on over speeding. The car, according to the eyewitnesses, climbed the middle pavement of the dual carriage road, hit electric poles and finally landed in the middle of the road.
