Two persons have been arrested by the northern police command for failing to comply with the Imposition of Restrictions on wearing nose masks.
The two were arrested at about 10:30am at the
at the forecourt of the Northern Regional police Headquarters in Tamale.
The suspects were Isaiah Sunrise age 25 and Ibrahim Musah aged 60.
Northern Regional Crime Officer Supritendent Otou Acheampong told the media that both suspects were handed over to the CID for investigation.
The two, he said were cautioned , charged but later released on bail to appear before the Tamale Circuit Court on Friday, June 3rd 2020.
If convicted, they could be find a minimum of GH¢12,000 and maximum of GH¢60,000 in default jailed for ten years.
