The Old Vandals Association in the northern Region has commended the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for choosing the region as the venue for its national delegate’s conference.
Old Vandals northern region branch says it believes in peace and mutual co-existence and expressed the hope that security agencies will do all they can to make the NPP conference a successful one.
Old Vandals in the northern region appealed to all supporters and well-wishers of NPP to avoid any activity that will mar the historic conference in Tamale.
This was contained a statement issued in Tamale and signed by its interim secretary, A.M.Atsu. The statement called on all political rivals in the north to help the NPP in the conference.
The statement also congratulates President Mahama, an old vandal for his election as ECOWAS chairman. The statement expressed the hope that president Mahama will use the position to demonstrate to the world that the sub-region and Africa as a whole has the men with all the excellent leadership.
Old Vandals say they will always being at the helm of affairs and that president Mahama is a testimony to their claim to fame.
It reminded sons and father Baachus and the public that the association in the region has been revived and its heels to renew ideas to champion the affairs of comradeship.
The interim executives of old vandals in the northern region call on brothers who periodically attend meetings and those yet to and the association affiliate members to avail themselves.
