The Npp parliamentary candidate for Saboba and Chief Executive of Ghana Supply Company Abraham Binanpadam Jawol has called on the people 0f his constituency to continue to maintain the peace they demonstrated during the ongoing registration exercise by the electoral commission of Ghana.
The electoral Commission new voter registration exercise which started in July saw series of pocket violence in some registration centers in the country, that kept most talking raising questions on insecurity and lawlessness in this democratic era.
The NPP parliamentary candidate who with his team of constituency executives toured some registration centers in Saboba and Wapuli area used the opportunity to interact with the electorates at the various registration centers and encouraged them to continue to maintain the peace demonstrated during the registration exercise.
Abraham Jawol reacting to recent disturbances in some registration centers in Kasoa and Banda in the Kpandai district condemned such violent acts sayings” it is needless for we are one people and need peace, unity and tranquility to be able to develop, fight is not necessary exercise, this is an exercise that gives you the opportunity to exercise your franchise toward electing our leaders who can lead us and bring transformation”.
The exercise which at the final phase has witnessed tremendous turnout in most of the centers. The parliamentary candidate and his team of constituency executives in their tour distributed nose masks, hand sanitizers and liquid soap worth millions of cedis to electorates and EC officials.
Meanwhile, Mr Abraham Binanapadam Jawol and District Chief Executive for Saboba George Bingrini extends their warm wishes to senior High School final year students’ success in their WASSCE Examination which begun today.
