Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has been ruled out of the Black starsβ semi-final game against Zambia in Bata Wednesday. The Udinese player sustained a knee injury in the game against Tunisia and stayed out of the teamβs final training on Tuesday.
This came as a big blow to Coach Goran Stevanovic who has started with four different line-ups in the four games played so far at the ongoing tournament in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
Agyemang Badu told JOY sports: βI am out of tomorrowβs gameβ. I have a knee injury which I sustained in the game against Tunisia.β
The player has been an integral part of the squad from the beginning of the 2012 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).]]>
