0

Members of the Civil and Local Government Staff Association Ghana (CLOGSAG) in the Northern region have warned of a possible sit down strike by February 9 if government does not rectify the salary discrepancies associated with their migration onto the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS).
The northern regional secretary of CLOGSAG Ali Anafo told the media in Tamale today/yesterday that their decision is non-negotiable unless the discrepancies are corrected.
Mr. Anafo called on government and the Fair Wages and Salary Commission to effect payment of the Top –up Allowance agreed upon which was to cushion CLOSAG members against any form of dislocation as a result of their migration onto the SSSS.
He called on members to wear red bands and hoist red flags at their offices as a show of disapproval of government’s responds to heir demands. ]]>
