One of the sons of the late overlord of Bimbilla, Naa Dasana Abdulai Andani II has been installed as the regent of Bimbilla.
The installation was done in accordance with the customs and traditions of Nanung traditional area. He was installed under heavy combined security of police and military on Friday 4th July, 2014 after the burial of his late father weeks ago.
His chieftaincy title is Nellhboligu Yakubu Naa Dasana Andani. Naa Dasana Abdulai Andani was attacked and murdered at his palace in Bimbilla by unidentified gun men on June, 19, 2014.
The Naa Dasana Andani was buried on Thursday June 26, 2014 under tight security in Bimbila and its environs.
Until his installation, Mr Yakubu Dasana was a staff of Stanbic bank, Kumasi branch.
