One of the leading auto mobile company, TOYOTA Ghana limited has opened its information car sales office in Tamale. The liaison office will serve potential TOYOTA customers in Northern, Upper East and Upper West regions.
The first 10 customers who order any Toyota model from the liaison office will received one year free maintenance service or free servicing from 30 thousand kilometers.
The Tamale office according to TOYOTA Ghana is part of its expansion drive of the company to bringing its services to customers.
The General Manager in charge of operation at TOYOTA Ghana Mr. Eric Dako on behalf of managing director Takahiko Takabayashi said the Tamale office marks another mile-stone in the company’s aggressive expansion.
Mr. Dako said as a caring and listening company, it has noted its growth overtime and their customers base too has increased, and therefore many TOYOTA vehicles sell find their way up to the northern region. He said TOYOTA vehicles produced for the use in every region of the world are made with terrains and the northern region is no exception.
The challenge however, the operation said was the immediate access to TOYOTA Vehicles when customers need them. Customers hitherto have had to travel long distance to either Accra or Kumasi branches. This, Mr Dako said is thing of the past. ’’so we at TOYOTA will like to provide our customer with an overwhelming experience, as well as consistent commitment to quality’’ the operations manager assured.
The service manager at Ansuare Company limited, an authorized Toyota servicing in Tamale, Alhaji Amin Ibrahim urged people to always buy brand new Toyota cars rather than home used ones because the spare parts of those vehicles are very difficult to get. He said the major challenge facing them is the green import vehicles.
Alhaji Amin said his outfit does not encourage customers to buy second-hand TOYOTA cars because it costs more in servicing home used vehicles.
