Police placed Ghc 10,000 for information about Karaga DCE killers

Northern Regional Police Command has placed Ghc 10,000 reward for information that will led to the arrest and prosecution of armed gun men who shot and killed karaga DCE driver, Mr Issah Ziblim.

The police are encouraging residents in and around the karaga district to volunteer credible lead to enable them apprehend the perpetrators of the heinous crime.

The 44 years old driver was shot dead by unidentified gun men on 29 May, 2021 at Yemo-Karaga near the district capital-Karaga while he was returning to district from Tamale.

Briefing the media on the incident Tuesday, Northern Regional Police Commander Commissioner Of Police (COP) Mr Timothy Yosa Bonga said investigators from the CID department have retrieved four AAA 32G cartridges on the grounds.

Preliminary investigations COP Yosa Bonga said revealed that the decrease was sent by the DCE for Karaga Alhassan Yabdoo to Tamale to pick his official white Nissan Landcruiser with registration number GT 8459-19 from a workshop in Tamale to Karaga.
