Tamale North MP reiterates commitment to support quality education delivery in the constituency

The Member of Parliament for the Tamale North Constituency Alhassan Sayibu Suhuyini has reiterated his unwavering commitment to contributing to quality education delivery in the constituency.
He says part of his efforts to achieve this goal is through the provision of school infrastructure and given students opportunities to explore their full potential.
Alhaji Suhuyin was speaking during the presentation of school furniture, comprising of 250 desks and five sets of office furniture to the Sagnarigu Municipal Education Directorate.
The furniture will be distributed to six schools which are Prison Primary, Our Lady of Fatima, Ullum Diniyat Primary, Tuunayili Junior High, Tuunayili Islamic and Choggu Demonstration Primary Schools.
Alhaji Suhuyini says he recognizes that school infrastructure and teaching and learning materials play a crucial role in building sustainable societies through the provision of high quality education adding he is dedicated to the needs of schools and students in the constituency.
‘’ We know that there are many schools in the community with similar needs and we know the schools that are going to benefit today will require more furniture, it is our hope that the central government will also focus and complement what we are doing, with time we are committed to supporting as we have always done by way of providing logistics that are required to improve teaching and learning in our schools’’, he said.
The Education Director of the Sagnarigu Municipality Alhassan Alidu Junior commended the MP for continuously supporting education in the municipality. He notes his outfit lacks a lot in terms of school infrastructure and called on other benevolent organizations and individuals to emulate the Suhuyini gesture.
‘’We all know quality of education cannot be possible when the classrooms and environment is not conducive for learning, so this definitely will come to help improve quality of teaching and learning in our schools’’, he said indicates.
