The Northern Regional Minister, Mr Abdallah Abubakar has called on Islamic clerics and intellectuals in the region to come out and explain to the Muslim Ummah how believers of the religion conduct merry-making.

Mr Abubakar’s call comes after nine people including three female died in a stampede at Asawase community center in the Ashanti region during a Salah jam after 2016 Eid -Ul Fitr celebration on Wednesday.
