Some Concerned Assembly members in the Karaga District are calling on the District Chief Executive (DCE), Honourable Sulemana Husein Issah to make available the lists of development projects undertook by his administration within his three years in office.
According to the concerned assembly members, they are unaware of the development projects the assembly under the leadership of the DCE had executed since taking office three years ago. In a statement signed by Musah Baba Yamusah, the assembly member for Karaga Central Electoral Area and five other assembly persons from the area and copied to Zaa Radio, the concerned assembly members expressed their disappointment in the DCE for failing to champion the development of the area.
The assembly members say the development efforts of the district are disappointing under the administration of Honourable Husein Issah. The concerned assembly members challenged the DCE to explain to them why he was unwilling to with them to develop the district.
The inability of the DCE the concerned assembly members claimed is hindering the decentralization process. The assembly members in a statement also accused the DCE of denying them the opportunity to discuss with him issues affecting the development of the district.]]>
