NDC Activist Moves for Party Unity

Alhaji Siddi Abubakari Musah, the Director of operations of the defunct Friends of Nana Konadu Agyameng Rawlings (FONKAR) is calling for immediate action to unite the ranks and file  of members of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC)  to salvage the party from impending embarrassment in the upcoming general elections.
Alhaji Siddi said members of the NDC must unite now or face possible election shock during the December elections and that the party’s development must be paramount to members rather than individual is interest.
 He said, the supreme interest of the party should supercede individual parochial interest, saying what the NDC needs to escape election shock in the pending elections is to promote peace among the members. Alhaji Siddi who led the FONKAR during the NDC flagbearship in Sunyani said there is no need for apportioning blame any more.
Speaking to Zaa Radio in a telephone interview ahead of today’s press conference to be organised by NDC activist in Accra dubbed “unity at all cost “, Alhaji Siddi stated that the internal wrangling in the NDC has reached a point that something urgent must be done to save the party from total collapse.
The news conference, he explained will be used to call on parties in the NDC to bury their differences and unite for victory come, December 7 elections.
He urged all NDC supporters and sympathizers to join their efforts to bring the needed peace and unity the party needs to retain power in December.
 He said the victory of NDC should be paramount to all members and that blame games within the party must stopped.
