Over thirteen people have sustained various degrees of injury in an accident which occurred on Tuesday morning after a Tamale-Bolga bond mini bus involved in accident.
The accident occurred at Bisiga, a farming community near Pishigu in the Savelugu/Nanton Municipality around 6 am Tuesday. Eye witnesses say the driver was trying to dodge a port-hole when the car veered off the road.
A nurse in-charge of the emergency unit at the Savelugu hospital, Madam Firdaus Adam confirmed the incident to Zaa News.
Those on critical conditions, she said have been referred to the Tamale Teaching Hospital. When contacted, the Public Relations officer of the Tamale Teaching Hospital, Ahmed Farid also confirmed the incident to Zaa News and said one is in critical condition.
