The president was led by the Tamale mayor, Hanan Gundadoo Abdul Rahman(in smock) and the Tmale south member of parliamnet, Haruna Iddrisu(in white).
The president and his entorage were welcome into the northern region on Tuesday with a heavy downpour compelling them to wear Willington boats at the project site.
