The magazine’s first honored Alhaji Fuseini in Brussels, Belgium in 2014. It looked at how well the minister had tackled illegal mining popularly called Galamsey and some of the policies he put in place at the roads ministry.

The criteria used in judging the ministers, according to the magazine’s publisher, Ms Rossette Aliu, who spoke to journalists at a brief ceremony in Tamale where she presented copies of the magazine and a certificate of appreciation to the roads minister, was the focus and competence ministers brought to the day to day management of their respective ministries.
